This Role:
We’re excited to grow our team with this new full-time position! We’re looking for a dedicated Account Manager to work with our creative team and clients to carry projects from start to finish. This new team member will be a natural relationship builder with excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented with meticulous attention to detail and organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough understanding of Let There Be processes, tools, and approach.
Organize, schedule, and oversee client projects from start to finish.
Know the final goal of a project and backtrack all the little details to get there.
Coordinate our team of Creative Directors and artists/animators.
Communicate expectations and deadlines both internally and externally.
Manage and update project timelines.
Schedule and lead meetings with Let There Be team members and clients.
Present materials at key project stages to Let There Be leadership and clients.
Organize information, reports, and working documents.
Complete organizational and logistical tasks in our daily tools including: Asana (project management), Harvest/Toggl (time tracking), MakeStoryboard (storyboarding), Vimeo (video reviews), Google Docs, and Google Spaces (team chat).
Requirements:

You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
You’re organized and efficient with work.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
You can visualize both the big picture and all the small details to get there, enjoy teamwork, and are adaptable.

Will maintain confidentiality of information about our company, our clients, and the projects.
